Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ERP Implementation Officer to oversee the deployment, customization, and support of our ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure the ERP system to meet their needs, and ensure a smooth implementation. This role requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills to provide training and support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions to understand business processes and needs.
- Configure and customize ERP modules based on client requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective system adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues during implementation.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams for system customization and integrations.
- Assist in data migration, testing, and validation to ensure a seamless transition.
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation, user guides.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in ERP implementation, business process analysis, or software deployment.
- Ability to understand business workflows and map them to ERP functionalities.
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and reporting tools (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to train and guide users at various levels of technical expertise.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of finance, supply chain, HR, or manufacturing modules in ERP.
- Certification in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle) is a plus.
